1. Could you add the volume control in the yellow button menu ?

 

2. Could you add an option that the cursor stay at position of the last watched movie when I return to the MovieList?

Yes, exactly.

When I watch the recording and use the buttons "1", "4", "7", "3", "6", "9" for jumping on the timeline, I get the change of volume instead of the jump (sometimes). I have to approach the box and adjust the volume manually by "+" and "-" buttons.

So I need an additional opportunity to control the volume via the menu.

This feature is implemented in the VTi-image and it is very convenient.

Not that strange a feature.

I've set the volume to be forwarded to the TV. To change the box volume, I have to go to settings, disable CEC, then change volume, and re-enable CEC. A shortcut to be able to set the box's volume (e.g. to balance AC3 and PCM levels) would be handy indeed, and the audio menu would be a good place for that.

Inded a good idea afterwards... But it should be implemented a smart way....

But why would you want to control the volume of the box when you control the volume of the amp/TV?

?? Box volume should always be set to max. And as this is a one-time-only job, it can be done via the WEB-IF or an app.
I'm not sure why the default volume on some images is not 100% (every other device you can find has that).

I want to test, but unfortunately, I can update the image only when recordings finishes - late at night or tomorrow.

If things keep going at such a pace, the OpenPLi-image will be such comfortable as the VTi

When you update do it tomorrow... It needs a nightly build... When you know yourself how to upgrade manually.... Be free to try...

That is not an easy patch as our channels list are created in cpp... And for each channel you need to check if a recording is ongoing it may also have some impacf in the performance,
