Op mijn VU+ Ultimo loopt na de laatste update (31 aug.) vast met een groene scherm bij de Duitse zender VOX.
Ik krijg deze fout ook niet weer weg daar de Ultimo iedere keer opnieuw opstart. Ook niet wanneer ik een zender
verder wil, dan komt telkens weer de groene scherm te voorschijn enz., enz.
Ik zal wel genoodzaakt zijn om alles opnieuw in te lezen?

Waarschijnlijk heb ik zelfde probleem op Vu+ Duo2. Na starten blijft OLED op regenboog boot staan. Software update geeft groen scherm en reboot van Enigma en Deep Standby geeft ook groen scherm en reboot van Enigma (dus geen standby). Kan nog wel een opkg upgrade doen, maar zelfde probleem blijft.:

Heb net ook de update gedaan maar hier loopt die dus niet vast op vox SD... HD heb ik geen beeld op (heb geen kaart daarvoor) maar loopt ook niet vast..
Misschien een corrupte epg.dat ?
Of iets met hbbtv want die heb ik er niet op staan..
Heb ook de Vu Ultimo...
Gebruik de gewone pli skin hd en heb er geen andere plugins opstaan als alleen cccam en interne harddisk van 2 TB.

De vastloper komt uit de LCD4Linux plugin, dit zat er een hele tijd geleden ook al eens in, ik dacht dat dit in latere versies opgelost is, hoe oud is de versie die je op je Duo2 hebt staan?

Je zou via opkg de versie even eraf kunnen halen, of de betreffende regel 12110 van /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/LCD4linuxSupport/plugin.py ,welke de crash veroorzaakt even te editten door voor de regel met een # te laten beginnen.

Ik hoor meer klachten over de lcd4linux plugin. Ik heb zelf nergens last van, maar ik heb wel een vermoeden. Tijdens mijn vakantie is er op de een of andere manier een andere versie in onze 3rd party feeds terechtgekomen en die staat nu kennelijk bij iedereen geinstalleerd. En kennelijk wordt die ook niet geupdate met de nu juiste versie. Advies: lcd4linux even helemaal verwijderen en opnieuw installeren, dat schijnt het op te lossen.

Het kan LCD4linuxSupport de plugin is niet geïnstalleerd! Verwijder deze dan.

Openpli 4, kernel 3.3.8, Enigma 2014-07-30 (voor onderstaande acties).
'opkg remove lcd4linux' verwijderde alleen de init.d scripts, 'opkg install lcd4linux' geeft (na een reboot) een Unknown package 'lcd4linux'.
Software update via Enigma gaf aan 22 packages to update, hierna weer groen scherm en komt nu bij opstarten Enigma boot loop.
Nu dus erger geworden (na # voor line 270 in BQY.py wel weer beeld).

Doe eens het volgende:
- opkg list-installed | fgrep lcd4linux
- alle packages die je ziet verwijderen
- opkg update
- opkg install enigma2-plugin-extensions-lcd4linux
Of anders even opnieuw flashen.

enigma2-plugin-extensions-lcd4linuxsupport was het 2e package geinstalleerd was, na deinstallatie is het lcd4lunix probleem opgelost (blijkbaar was het support package voor een oudere versie). Probleem van

is nog niet opgelost, moet nog een # voor. Dit kwam dus door de update van vandaag, dat zat nog niet in de update van gisteren.
Heb nog niet een nieuwe image geflashed, kom ik vandaag denk ik niet meer aan toe.

Dit is weer wat anders, dit gaat over de OpenWebIf, ofwel de webinterface die via poort 80 op de box is te bereiken..

Ik heb hier het zelfde probleem met de Duitser HD zenders zodra ik da op ga staan start de box opnieuw op. Verwijder ik HBBtv dan werken deze zenders gewoon.

Is er dan weer iets aan de HbbTV van die kanalen gewijzigd?
Overigens is Duitse HD kanalen wel een enorm ruim begrip, bedoel je daar die 'HD reclame' (HD+) kanalen mee?

Zou zomaar kunnen dat ze 'vergeten' zijn een fix van een aantal maanden geleden, vergeten zijn mee te nemen.
Hotbird, gebruik je toevallig ook nog web-streams in je kanalenlijst? BIj eerdere problemen met HbbTV bleek dat die niet de lange verwijzingen in de streams overweg kon.

Dat was bij Xtrend (bij de introductie van hun nieuwe HbbTV plugin), niet bij VU.
