All added, except 1_0_1_2587_7FB_2_11A0000_0_0_0 - Oireachtas TV

This is the Irish parliament.  The schedule is very irratic.

how long does it normally take for the rytec UK xmltv to download?

10 minutes.  Something in that order.

 

If it is much longer - say 30 minutes - look at the import log (see our FAQ's)

and tell me what is says.

 

You could try to restart enigma and and import manually.  If it then is OK.  No problem.

do u want me to tell u wat it says after its done because its taking longer than at least 40 mins and don't know went it will stop cause it keeps saying loading?

 

this has only been happening since i done the 28.2e scan but the first time i installed epg for the 28.2e scan it worked and this second time its taking long.

what is the best time to download rytec uk xmltv epg in uk timing?

In UK time:  it should be OK to download from 06h10 on.

This is when there are no upload problems.  (most of the time the case)

 

However:  Just this morning a severe problem developped, which needed a manual intervention.

And like in 99% of these cases I had the problem fixed before the next scheduled Upload at 10h05 (UK time). 

 

So  if you can wait to update, do it after 10h05 (UK time).

PS: If you updated before 10h05 it would have worked, but just no new information was added.

Pick +1 (1:0:1:13F3:7EA:2:11A0000:0:0:0) has been missing EPG since the latest channel reshuffle.


Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Channel was present but with an old link to a now not existing XMLTV reference.

"Dave Ja Vu" has moved to 1:0:1:1DC8:82D:2:11A0000:0:0:0: (the old position, 1:0:1:1DC8:7DF:2:11A0000:0:0:0: no longer broadcasts).

 

And there's a new "Dave" on 1:0:1:1DC4:82D:2:11A0000:0:0:0: (the current position, 1:0:1:196A:7D6:2:11A0000:0:0:0:,  is still broadcasting, so one of them might be the Irish one).

Hi Willy,

 

A lot of the channels in the International section have changed frequency and hence EPG not downloading. Can this be checked please.
