Found double entries. Removed.

Could you fix the display name of Disney Channel +1 in XMLTV file? It contains an unnecessary character..
Also, maybe you could change the channel ID similar to Disney Channel? Thanks.

Changed to: DisneyChannelplus1.sp
and removed the "> (this was a typo)

In last two updates there are parsing issues in: Canal+1 HD, Canal+1, Canal+2 HD, Canal+2, C. Estrellas, in all Services ids.
No EPG in Canal+ Series HD 1:0:19:7882:414:1:C00000:0:0:0:
No EPG in Canal+ Series 1:0:1:7696:41E:1:C00000:0:0:0:
