I wasn’t able to test all possible remotes due to other obligations. The RC’s I mentioned work. Also the ET8000-ET10000 RC.

If I had all the knowledge I had no questions at all.

Logitech Harmony is a good alternative but more expensive than graphite powder.

Do you think Harmony 350 is able to map some specific keys present on the ET9000 remote, such as MARK or SEARCH?

Also, when I'm in the single channel EPG I can skip to previous/next channel using < and > near the "0" key. Which keys on Harmony 350 could be used for that?

Does anyone know?

You can define any key to produce any code, so it's up to you to re-use keys that you would never normally use.

The 350 also has an up and down key next to menu, and an E enter key, which you can freely use.

I can see Harmony 350 has some keys which ET9000 does not "see". They include:

CLEAR / ENTER - both located at the bottom next to "0",

BACK

DVR

LIVE

How can I teach these keys some codes which could then be used for operating ET9000?

I would like to use the following:

DVR as FILELIST (to open recordings),

CLEAR & ENTER as < and > to view various channels' EPG when reading SingleChannelEPG

BACK as a copy of EXIT

How can I do that?

Also, some ET9000-specific keys do not exist on Harmony 350:

TIMESHIFT - no problem, the same can be accessed using STOP key,

PIP - no problem, the same can be accessed using BLUE,

TEXT - is there any way to access teletext through OpenPLi menu?

TV / RADIO - how can we switch between RADIO and TV without those keys on the remote?

SUBTITLE - no problem, the same can be accessed using YELLOW

AUDIO - no problem, the same can be accessed using YELLOW

I would appreciate any ideas.
