In the XMLTV file, there is a difference between the 2 channels.

 

And also they are linked to different service refs:

It was mostly a matter of missing links.

Added.

Is present.  But you should import also the Misc file under general.  This channel only has English EPG (also on NOS) and is present in many different countries.
