hello guys,

Im developing a website, but im not a skillfull programmer.

This being said, im doing a Portuguese tv channel website, and i would like to add a EPG Schedule to the website, just like this one's (http://meogo.meo.pt/...es/default.aspx) or (http://www.nos.pt/pa...es/default.aspx), but i'm cracking my head trying to find a decent xml.

Already found this (http://services.sapo...Date=2015-12-31), but the nodeValues from Start and EndTime are date-time, and i want something nice.

Do you guys have anything pre made?

Or a diferent xml where i have the information like this?

Inatividade Paranormal

17:50 - 19:20

Thank you for the help,

zkazzay

Does these 2 have the same schedule?

Because I may have been put on the wrong foot. The channel being called: National Geographic HD UK

I can of course change it.

1:0:19:1C6:68:53:CE40000:0:0:0:

Sorry, Willy like you I am going a little blind (No access for Meo).

On 30w Cabo & Meo have the same Program "Nat Geo HD"

Cabo, is showing the epg for Nat Geo Uk, and Meo has the correct epg.

I find this by accident when testing the EpgImportFIlter-plugin. When doing a filter of Whole Satellite 30w.

Meo, Nos(cabo) & Cannal+ (D+).

Cabo showed mapped to NationalGeographic.uk,

Meo showed mapped to nationalgeographic.pt

Cabo showed mapped to NationalGeographic.uk,

Meo showed mapped to nationalgeographic.pt

That is correct. This is how it is defined. Probably some time ago someone has told me so.

But I cannot check it.

I changed it. If is not correct, someone will complain.

Thanks Willy,

OT

I can see that a few maping things will come into view when it is made easier for "Users" to do changes (map) "Localy" ?

Not sure how You (Rytec) view this? You of course have a say as being "The Source Providers"

thanks Col

Well, I am relying on users passing me information.

Problems will start when users make their own channel list and not passing on the information (service refs). At such a point the channels file will become unreliable. And users will need the start to map more and more channels in advanced mode.

Hopefully this channel changes will still be passed on, and we can keep maintaining the channels file.

We can only try to map the channels as accurately and complete as possible. Which is sufficient for a whole bunch of users.

Users which want only the info for the channels they want can use the EPGImportFilter-plugin. (Which does not else than make a "Local" channels list which we described in our FAQ's). This plugin takes the pain out of producing a custom channels list.

RTP2 has data for the EPG in the XMLTV file.

I have these service refs linked:

1:0:1:32C:24:36:CE40000:0:0:0:

1:0:19:66:65:53:CE40000:0:0:0:

Are these correct?

Oh yes, Install the EPG plug-in and configure it. In there you can select for the Portugese file. (Rytec Portugal XMLTV)
