Hi,
recently i have lost channels. even after scanning and even though it finds the channels on scan, they are still not viewable. No major changes happened to the box.

Hi thank you for the response. I paid for the install and its a Technomate Nano OE box

You paid for the install so I assume you may have to pay again. 
By the way, this is an OpenPLi forum and your box is not supported so you must seek help somewhere else, I'm afraid.
