That is a screenie in post 9 which is not possible in Pli.

it needs an option to setup transparency for Ocram transp.Picons in setup menu and an exrtra render piconbg.py and some more coded stuff to get it that way.
And i dont know what more has been coded in E2 to use it this way.

A nornal picon is possible in Channellist, but I did not like the looks of it then.

Screen 9 is possible in openpli, when a corrrect renderer is added which some skins do...

And how to setup transparency or transp color backgrounds which is not present in Setup menu in Pli ...
and also piconbg,py is used...

In screen 9 it uses all those elements and coding(not sure where) to get it that way and to be able to choose transp colors for transp Picons

Btw what render is it you mean..and I could have a try and see if ti look better..

But on the other hand, adding render in a skin is not preferred way to go I believe..

what are your ideas?

The background here is within the picon itself,... Wo we do not need to render a background and add a renderer for it into the skin..

Thats exeactly the reason  that choosing differnet transparent backgrounds by users for ocram transp. picons will not work in Pli.

Me personally i dont need it...

But it is badly implemented as you need to add an additional widget in the skin... Why not add an option to the picture renderer that is is capable of drawing a background picture? (Needa a mod in c++)

if you can do that so it uses the different backgrounds like in the piconbg folder
.and of course one still needs to be able to select backgounds in Gui setup..

 

It should look like these examples to have the same look as in screenshot..

Doing background in skin, would fix it to one background. Possible but not really the best solution, because users use different picons sets.

I added for example the transparent.png as background , but it will work only okY for transparent picons, but not nice when using ocram reflection picons or others picons sets.

An option to choose Picon background in Gui would also have the option None, so for other picons it will also show okay in all circumstances

But now you select piconsets with and without background... So basically is this really required? As when you select it by picon set you get the background for free without the need of an additional setting...
In addition it saves some performance as you need only to render a picon once...

But when doing this one needs also the option None in case users using ohter picon sets

So in case one does it like you proposed to use background in skin, one needs to consider that an optio None should be available in case of oher picons sets.

Thats the problem...one does now know what picons users are dowloading and waht background is best

Hi delagroov,

in my opinion there are little optical mistakes in progressbar (infobar, secondinfobar and GraphEPG):

The ratio of the "fouth-split" progressbar is not correct. The third (a little) and fourth (very) parts are to small.

Is it possible to fix this little optical bugs?

wat is het verschil met de pli hd skin en is deze skin ook een officiele skin van het pli team of niet,heel veel verschillen zijn er toch niet met de pli hd skin of ben ik blind ?

Het is een afsplitsing van de Pli-HD-skin en dan heb je nu ook de PLi-HD-FullNight wat dan weer een teruggenomen afsplitsing is van deze skin.
