My fault.... I did made some changes in the subtitlefonts and it seems the enigma2/bb needs also be changed for that to upgrade the fonts... I was not aware of that...

Copy the (four) new ttf files to your box should fix it as a work-a-round -or- but the previous skin_subtitle.xml on your box.

or use:

init 4
opkg install enigma2-fonts --force-reinstall
init 3

Package with fonts is well, but opkg does not see changes in date/revision, due it does not update itself => must manualy

(this can be used before update or after update)

when you want to use it before update, then after it, must not be restarted GUI but must be run update !

no full command. When you used it before actualisation and restart gui, then you can use:

init 4
opkg update
opkg upgrade
init 3

and must not reflash

That's the VU+ problem. See lots of other topics about this.

We're not experimenting, we seem to have quite a stroke of bad luck lately. It now looks like our buildserver is playing up with corrupted data. Disks seem to be ok, so maybe a memory issue. But is causing builds to fail, or corrupt builds.

No rest for the wicked it seems... ;)

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Many answers to your question can be found in our new and improved wiki.

On the VU+ models, I'd recommend waiting one more day with re-flashing ;)

Hi Erik, can you explain why we should wait? I tried to find some info but can't find any in English.
Thanks.

Let's call it a small Christmas surprise :D

Be sure to flash tomorrow on the VU+ models, don't upgrade!
