Hello,

I have a new box VU+ duo with Openpli 4 and i need to download EPG for BE/FR/PL/UK bust most of the time I have to do it manually one by one because if I schedule it or do the 4 downlaods at the same time it crashes my box.

It is quite ... annoying ... Is there any solution? Thank you and season's greetings.

These BE/FR/PL/UK are quite large files.  It is possible that on your VU+ Duo this is a bit too much, since all epg is stored in memory.  And memory in a VU+ Duo is scarse

Things to try:

1. Try selecting only 3 sources and import. When this works fine.  I am pretty sure you have a memory problem.

2. Install a swap file on a USB-stick.  In the Systemtools plug-in there is an option to create a swap file.

Now try import the BE/FR/PL/UK packages.

If this works.  Problem solved.

3. Read this posting:  http://forums.openpl...r-v100-by-acds/

Eventually install it and select only the channels you are actually using.

Thank you for the quick reply. Yes if i do one by one, or two by two it will work. I will try the swap file and keep you updated.

Ok I used a 8 GB usb stick as swap file and I added even 2 other files (D and SP) to be sure and it worked. Hopefuly it fixed the memory problem.

Thanks man, have a good evening!

Seems like a shortage of memory is the cause off the problem.
