Is no longer recognized the external usb dvd .
From dmesg , sees it as scsi generic sg1 device 5 and no transfers it to sr0 .

Then stops the whole procedure.

I guess you need to reflash because duo has newer kernel.

@vubelt, VU+ has applied a few changes to their BSP (iso/udf filesystems as module) this may or may not actually fix your problem. Please try tomorrow (or as soon as new images have been built, it's a bit troublesome at the moment).

@ Asterix

The thing is not easy , for the A835 with SOLO2 I had to wait for the new kernel ( now works for the tuner dvbt with dvb - usb - v2 ) With the driver af9035 missing packages for the tuner tda18218 and demodulator af9033.  I installed with opkg . Try to search in various forums avermedia a850 , at least you make an idea of what it does.

I do not know if it is a case , today was also an update of the libraries for the dvd .
With mount -t udf , iso9660 /dev/sr0 /media/dvd works .
I move the folder VideoTS and play the menu of the dvd .
( Still missing several packages )
The strange thing is hotplug .

At this point it stops the procedure for the dvd

HOTPLUG connection!

After a change to : harddisk.py , bdpoll , dvdplayer , etc . now works . With opkg update & upgrade when play the dvdplayer enigma crash .
I 've replaced the files manually  ( Harddisk.py , and dvdplayer .py files )
I have not reflashed the image .
However for opkg update always -force -depends otherwise  errors with the version of gstreamer .

Reflashed image 06/01/2015

Now works , but you have to manually install, kernel-module-udf & kernel-module-sr-mod.

New problem, softcams. I have yet to see why.

Softcam setup.

Each reboot , you must manually restart the softcam.
tried uninstalling and reinstalling , but nothing .

Missing option: none, display only sofcam installed.
missing file /etc/init.d/softcam.none
