I have a quad LNB ( 4 x legacy output) and  Xtrend ET-10000 receiver with 4 x DVB-S2 tuner.

The problem is, that there is "Second cable of motorized LNB" in tuner configuration only.

So I can't configure third and fourth tuner properly. I need "third cable of motorized LNB" and "fourth cable of motorized LNB".

When i choose "equal to" for tuner 3 or 4, then an antenna doesn't turn, if tuner 3 or 4 are in use (preffered tuner C  or D).

best regards

The cable that goes through the motor is set up as USALS. And the other tuners that are using that LNB are set up as "second LNB", all of them. And of course the dish doesn't move if another tuner is using the dish.

No idea why someone would buy a 4 tuner receiver and then cripple its use buy connecting all 4 tuners to a motorised LNB.

It is very difficult to implement.
Much work is needed(python and C++).

Hi Huevos,

i'm anderstanding, that if one tuner is in use, then the dish can't be turned to another satellite. I mean, if the dish is for exaple on hotbird and the next record is on astra,

then the dish doesn't turn to astra, if the record starts and the preferred tuner ist set  on C or D ("equal to")

(P.S. with 4 tuner i can make 4 different records (V or H-Polarisation, low ot high band)at the same time)

Like I said above set B,C, and D to "Second cable of motorized LNB". Not "equal to". And set preferred tuner to "Auto".

So what is your problem if you can normally use all 4 tuners at the same time?

When i choose "equal to" for tuner 3 or 4, then an antenna doesn't turn, .

That is quite obious, as now the box thinks it has a motor connected to tuners 3 & 4 as well, which is not the case.
