The new version KodiDirect.v2.0 is attached.

Hopefully it is more user-friendly.

Most working xbmc or kodi plugins
(video, audio, image)should work without
any modification.

 

The plugin has been mainly tested with xtrend boxes

with openpli based images.

Hi, anyone know how to update to plugin.video.genesis-3.2.1 , the one on is 3.0.0 and has problems, had the same issue on windows / android till tried 3.2.1

Please put it in folder /KodiDirect/plugins and test. I have not tested this version yet.

1channel, genesis work, icefilms works with some uk settings. Movie25 did not work for me.

Youtube requires python-requests. Install from Software.

if you are in uk just click setup in addon menu and fill your proxy link and put domainfromfile false
save and run icefilms again

This is what I did :-

(1) Installed icefilms via Addons->Categories->Films (now Get more..->Films)

(2) Did the uk correction in settings.xml :- in Miscelleneous -

Change the URL from http://www.icefilms.info/to https://ipv6.icefilms.info/

Also changed "use-meta" default to 'false'

(3) Installed from 'Software' :-

script.module.axel.downloader-0.2.1.zip (required by icefilms)

python-sqlte3-mips32el.zip (required for openpli 4 based images)

(4) Restarted kodiDirect - Started icefilms (installed all the scripts required) -> Films -> Popular -> Inception -> MR (movreel) - played ok.

Hi, i ftp the plugin.video.genesis-3.2.1 and it worked, its slow but it does work, using solo 2 , another addon i would love to get working is plugin.video.phstreams using Demon88 on that, his probably the best for quality and releases

Today I have updated Kodidirect v.2.0 to latest version from 24/1/2015. Also I have removed current youtube and downloaded bromix YouTube 5.0.5 beta2 and python requests_1.2.3-r3.13_all.ipk from software OpenPli 4

Basically I have done everything as mfaraj57 suggested. Full file e.log is attached. Here is just a part when it falling over.

 

  File "/usr/lib/python2.7/sqlite3/dbapi2.py", line 27, in <module>

    from _sqlite3 import *

ImportError: libsqlite3.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

 

Is anyone able to give some light to that problem?

Hi pcd,

 

after todays update of Kodidirect v2.0 (01022015) - green screen and restart after video playback. Looking at the log it seems that player wants to play another video as it is set to play another one if '"EOF"'.

AttributeError: 'KDplayer' object has no attribute 'activeplaylist'
