i download the file rytec_israel_xmltv.conf in cross epg to me dok and the epg not add to the channels cross epg download all events and i force epg.dat file 

file crossepg.descriptors.db have the epg 

 

i check settings file and have

why my channels not load epg?

Pls. read about the use of Crossepg in our FAQ's

 

We recommend using the XMLTV importer.

Import it with the XMLTV importer or with XMLTV import of Crossepg.
