IPTV is a special case. You can use the XMLTV file to provide EPG to these channels, but IPTV channels do not have a service ref. But in order to receive them on a linux machine, you to arbitrary assign a service ref to them. This can be different for each receiver. So I cannot make a channels list for IPTV channels. This has to be done per individual machine (or by the supplier of the bouquet list for the IPTV channels).
