Check the dish?
Would it help despite other 28.2E tuned OK?

Do you have any other transponder on 28.2 Vertical that does have reception?
It could be a broken LNB, a broken DiseqC switch, or an incorrect DiseqC config. Or a mis-aligned dish or LNB.
The fact that you can receive one transponder doesn't guarantee reception on all transponders.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Hi,
Just checked a few V transponders on 28.2 - got many of them locking OK.
However, the lowest frequency predefined transponder which locks at all on 28.2 is 11720 H.
All predefined transponders frequencies below 11720 H show always SNR 0%.
Could this indicate a fault of LNB?
Should I change modulation on predefined ones? But I have many SKY channels visible.....
Thanks.

Switch the power off on receiver (take it from the mains) before disconnecting the coax cables!
Can you test with the receiver directly by bypassing the DiSEqC switch, connecting the the cable coming from the 28.2°E LNB directly to the receiver?
If the switch is outside, and easy accessible, you could do this by disconnecting the cable going inside and the one from the LNB.
And temporary connect these 2 cables with an special F-connector (female/female).
If you get the same result: get assistance by someone who is used to install/check dish:
Pole alignment: 360° plumb (check with level), Tensioning the bolts, if these did become loose could even solve your problem.
Cable from that LNB to switch, connectors (oxidation, ...)

This is exactly the "takeover" frequency between low- and high bands.
This means either the tuner or the lnb(s) is/are defective, more probably the lnb(s).
