Maar zelfs als dat zo blijkt te zijn, dan is het nog geheel terecht van MiLo dat hij het in het eerste instantie meteen teruggedraaid heeft.

OK ik houd het even bij de " MiLo special image " hetgeen voldoet, aangezien ik toch niet meer dan oscam en transcoding wil hebben.

Ik lees wel weer als de sluis open kan en " /etc/opkg " overschreven kan worden met reguliere feed, zodat er geen >220 packages binnen knallen en voorts de box niet meer te rebooten is: vervelend als je ruim 2000km wegzit ;-) ... dank zover ...

Helpt je niets: de PR rev van de officiele openpli feeds en die van een "homebrew" verschillen.

Betekend dat bij een box update opkg vrolijk packages en dependant packages gaat binnenhengelen en installeren. Binair geen enkel verschil enkel de PR rev

 

Beste wat je kunt doen als de nieuwe kernel/drivers in officiele openpli image zitten is even flashen dan loopt alles weer gelijk.

De 220 packages komt natuurlijk omdat de Milo image geen Public Release is. Bij de officiële image zal dit niet het geval zijn, neem ik aan.

Dus vanaf morgen zijn de 10K builds borked!

 

was vandaag al geen image, dus dat scheelt ;-), of bouwen ze wel maar met f*cked up zooi, ok werk aan de winkel dus - ik hoor wel als het is gelukt, voor nu nog maar nachtje slapen dan, dat kan er dan ook nog wel bij. Bovendien is het ook pas zaterdagavond pas pasen ( in Roemenië )

't Test image heb ik maar weer verwijderd, ik was niet van plan weer een milo-image te gaan starten...

Vanmorgen (denk als eerste) de ET10000 geflashed met de nieuwste image met de nieuwe drivers/kernel en alles loopt goed.

Na het installeren van een aantal plugins bleef ie hangen in een reboot, maar na een hard reset was dit probleem over en lijkt alles goed te lopen.

Bij mij geen problemen met de ET10K. Na de update gewoon doorgestart en beeld. Alles lijkt normaal.

 De update van mijn ET8000 verliep goed, alleen als ik de transcoding setup activeer krijg ik een groen scherm.

De plugin verwacht een configuratiebestand en crasht als deze er niet is.

 

Workaround is om met ssh/telnet/ftp het bestand /etc/enigma2/streamproxy.conf aan te maken.

Met telnet/ssh is dat

touch /etc/enigma2/streamproxy.conf

Ik heb deze morgen mijn ET8000 geflashed met de nieuwe OpenPLi-4.0-beta-et8000-20150410_usb

 

Alles goed verlopen

Nieuwe drivers zijn blijkbaar geïnstalleerd

AutoBackup perfect meegenomen

 

Dit is mijn box-info : zien jullie er rare dingen in ? (ik niet)

Moet ik iets testen dat voor jullie interessant kan zijn ?

En volgens mij ondersteunt de 8k nog steeds geen transcoding.

Waarom er overigens plugins in feeds staan die helemaal niet bij bepaalde boxen passen is me ook niet duidelijk.
