What is the URL you want to add ?
the bouquet you can add something like:
#SERVICE 1:0:1:2206:44C:1:C00000:0:0:0:http%3a//127.0.0.1%3a8088/udp/233.79.27.1%3a1234/:
ET10000, 4x DVB-S2, ET4000 client, Reelbox AVG 3x DVB-S2, 1x DVB-T.
