When did you flash the last time? It looks like something left over from one of the previous version issues. The versioning has been okay for some time now.
According to the info: Installed 2015-03-23 19.31
Posted 24 March 2015 - 21:05
root@vusolo2:~# opkg upgrade -V2 | grep libdvbsi
Not selecting libdvbsi++1 0.3.6 as installing it would break existing dependencies.
opkg_prepare_upgrade_pkg: Package libdvbsi++1 (0.3.7-r2.0) installed in root is up to date.
So the package libdvbsi++1 (0.3.7-r2.0) is already installed but it complains about an older version libdvbsi++1 0.3.6, maybe there is a bug in opkg

root@vusolo2:~# opkg list | grep libdvbsi++1 libdvbsi++1 - 0.3.7-r2.0 - C++ parsing library for Service Information (SI) in VB systems C++ libdvbsi++1 - 0.3.6-r1.9 root@vusolo2:~# opkg list-installed | grep libdvbsi++1 libdvbsi++1 - 0.3.7-r2.0
en dit staat er in het bestand status in /var/lib/opkg
and this is the content of /var/lib/opkg/status

Yes I agree, probably there is no clean solution. I've also seen on occasions that the opkg database become corrupt and an update doesn't fix it then.
