Hello,
after update my VuDuo on Open Pli 4.0 (29/03/2015) by internet, now it is impossible for playing movies MKV H264 + audio AC-3 .
I have this error: gstreamer plugin AC-3 (ATSC A/52) decoder not available
Can you help me please

If your image is more than a week old, you can't update, you need to flash.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Hi
I have dm 7080..I use open pli images but this image is beta....http://pli-images.ne...n=images/dm7080
I have on problem ... when play mkv
Files .. error:gstream plugin ac3 (ATSCA/52)decoder not available
So please help me

An image from http://pli-images.ne...n=images/dm7080 is not a genuine one. A dm7080 is not supported by OpenPLi. See http://openpli.org/download/

So, ask for support from people published those images.
Support means mutual communication with manufacturer, among other things.
So if image is not in OpenPLi frontpage there is no support.

I understand the confusion of the people that ask here, it's because they publish this on the website:
"It is the same open source set-top box software like for other various vendors which will be supported from openPLi."
