several weeks i have problem with B DVB-S tuner. Most of services displaying "tuning failed". Helps , when I set it as "not configured" and set it back. But for severals zap only. Time to time helps reboot box.

Does exist some known problem on Ultimo with some capacitor or is tuner really wrong ?

If you swap the tunerboards, does the problem swap tuner as well?

it seems, one output on dual lnb (half year old) will be ko. Swaped lnb's on tuners and then was problem on A.

Strange behaviour - on most channels after several seconds 0dB and no more signal, but some channels on same band and polarity works still well.

That sounds like an old issue.

The VU-tunerboards suffer from one major (probably driver related) problem: as soon as a scan (of one or more satellites) has been carried out, this issue also occurs. What helps then is to power off the box for several minutes (not in deep, but really switch off power).

Strange... may be, wrong LNB - this problem is for dual LNB only ( first output is pluged into ultimo, second output is pluged XP1000 - unfortunately in different room). In A is pluged Diseqc with lnb's  A,B,C,D and it is without problem.

edit: no dual, but twin lnb

Hi,

Did you check the capacitor inside the box?

A problem on one of them can impact the LNB power and perhaps gives the problem that you describe.
