I will only increase! Separate smartcards are 'out', CI+ or better still embedded is 'in'. Content providers are more and more bound by ridiculous license-agreements. They demand absolute control and stricktest anti-copying measurements...
In this respect they have already 'won' the battle.. And sadder still, the cardsharing scene only speeded up these measurements.
A certain 'grey' viewing always was annticipated by the providers, but never expected in this global scale.. They fear loss of income and started to counteract.. Result: closed boxes, CI+ or embedded/virtual cards.
Met één been in het graf..... Helaas

It is a repeat of wnat happened in the Music industry. And again, an industry that is to stupid to see what is happening. Increasing it like you call it will only accelleratie the demise of the industry.

Hi,

Several years ago I have found here a lot of help with ciplushelper and openatv on a Vu+ Uno4K.

Now I have another provider (with another ci+ 1.3 module - 1.3 is written on pcmcia) and a Vu+Uno4kSE. I did not succeed to make it work, I have no error message but black screen on encrypted channels. The module is "seen" by the Vu+ and I have message that module was inserted. I'm trying with openatv 6.3 and ciplushelper 5.2-r1. The previous provider is still working ok with it's module, but the new one not (of course I've reinstalled everything from scratch when I've changed the providers). The new provider's ci+ module is working ok on any TV (I've tried Samsung and Sony).

Maybe you could help again,

Thank you!

A new info: I've tried openblackhole (same black screen on encrypted channels) and in the info screen I've seen "NDS-Videoguard".

Maybe this info could help for debugging? (The previous provider used Irdeto)

Thank you,

It shouldn't work as it is NDS-Videoguard, but I assume you don't have a needful certificate that has not been added to the software. (by default there is no certificate)

Thank you guys for replies.

@Dimitrij - no, provider Orange didn't work with openatv 6.3 and ciplushelper 5.2-r1. This combination still works on the other provider, Digi

@zeros - I know about certification, but I hoped that there will be a solution , as it was several years ago. It was exactly the same situation, until someone told me about ciplushelper plugin/extension for openatv

Hi,

I have managed to open the encrypted channels with "pure2" image, without any plugins or extensions.

I understand that pure2 has an integrated certificate that is required for my module.

Pure2 also has some advantages but also some disadvantages, it comes with many unnecessary bouquets , port 8002 does not work for transcoding (this is very unpleasant for me), so if someone knows or can solve openatv or VTi or other images to work with my module, I could provide any info it could be useful for development.

Thanks,

For openPli the plugin might help(maybe) enigma2-plugin-extensions-ci_plus_helper-openpli8.x_3_all.ipk.

Use google search.

Yes, you probably don't have a certificate that PLi don't put inside soft. Vu+ Uno4K shouldn't be a problem as far as I know. About your provider no ideas, is your provider Orange from FRANCE? I don't know about it, but somebody certainly does.

Hi and thank you guys for help.

I'll try today enigma2-plugin-extensions-ci_plus_helper-openpli8.x_3_all.ipk.

@zeros - it's Orange in Romania, but very likely to be the same technical details (encryption etc) as in France, because it is the same corporation.

Thank you

Hi,

@Dimitrij - you're the man ! It works with enigma2-plugin-extensions-ci_plus_helper-openpli8.x_3_all.ipk, all the encrypted channels are decrypted.

Thank you very much guys for your help!

There is a feed for enigma2-plugin-extensions-ci_plus_helper-openpli8.x_3_all.ipk in case it must be updated? (Now I've downloaded locally from a forum)

No, we don't support it nor host it because it contains a non-public certificate which is illegal to distribute.

Plugin works with some receivers only (Zgemma,Xtrend.Formuler).

You can try Ednaz plugin for Openpli 6.2,7.x,8.0 github.com/Ednaz/e2binary
