Hi, i hope somebody may be able to help me with a long standing problem which i would love to solve with some help..

 

For some time on EVERY channel i watch the audio sync is out and on every channel change i have to use my audio settings using 'yellow/blue buttons' and alter the audio setting to -180ms from the default setting of 0ms. I am only able to view channels with correct audio sync by using this option without doing this the sound and mouth movements are out of sync. What is more frustrating is that if i want to watch you tube clips or a movie via the tsmedia enigma 2 plugin the audio is again out of sync but with the plugin or any movie plugin/addon there is no option to edit the audio 'ms' settings, the same applies to iptv using an addon added to my box. I am using open pli4 and have an xtrend et-9200. I wonder whether there could be any edit made to the 'A/V settings' by editing the 'General AC3 delay' (currently left at -230ms) or/and the 'General PCM delay' (currently left at 265ms) 

 

Any help would be very much appreciated..PLEASE..

Ah, missed that. And this is on live broadcasts? And on all of them?

 

I've only seen this behavior on some cheap DMM clones, can't say I've seen it anywhere else.

Hi everyone, it's the et-9200 and it is on every channel both free and cccam use as well as anything played via a plugin like you tube and all movie addons. It is really frustrating and i don't know what to do.

forgive me for sounding a little ignorant but how do i do a fresh install?

i was going to reflash with the very latest version of openpli 4 but i haven't due to the latest images not supporting softcams and the cccam.info plugin etc.

what would you advise i do?

Just re-flash and you will be fine. I don't know anything about softcams not being supported.

Thank you Robinson - can i ask if everything i've added to my current image will be restored if i reflash or will i have to add everything again from scratch?

You can either use Autobackup plugin with selfinstall option on or you can install everything separately just to make sure that the fault is not caused by any of your plugins or settings.
