I get an impression the EPG is a mixture of 2 different channels. Could it be so?

I discovered that part of the polish packages was not grabbed the last couple of days.

(Cartoon Network simply locked up the grab - do not know why)

 

A new grab is running, and I will upload the new file asap.

 

Will look however if the channels are linked.

I checked the first half of the channels from above, and these are linked.

So I assume the missing EPG is due to the not grabbing problem (probably)

 

I will wait until the new grab is uploaded to check further.   (Checking this way is tedious)

At least some (if not all) of the channels I mentioned above still do not have EPG.

I just did fresh download to test it and have to say that apart from Trace TV channel I have an epg on all channels you listed above.

Ampersand, are you sure you are not reading EIT EPG or EPG of the same channels but different copies?

Because I just cleared my EPG and ran EPGImport and I still do not have EPG for the following references:

Yes I am sure. I do not use EIT on channel list. I did check each SID from your list. That's why I did fresh download to make sure it works. Below just one exapmple:

This should not have an effect on the Rytec EPG.  The EPG is imported using the service ref, not the channel name.

 

It is possible that the new setting - import only EPG for Bouquets - could have a problem with renamed channels, because the service in the bouquet file is not the standard value anymore, but also contains the new name.

If you use this option, try to switch it off. (I do not use it).

 

The import on my receiver is running now.   (I do not import Poland normally)

After the import, all channels are filled with EPG on my receiver.

In order to test the setting - import only EPG for Bouquets - I switched on this options.

And imported again (clearing all EPG first).

 

Although all the Polish channels did poulate with EPG,  But I was missing EPG now for 70 % of the TVV channels.

So this setting could definitely play havoc with the import.

I did not figure out why this happened.  But the method used is definitely not foolproof.  (meaning in constructing a bouquet you can easliy inroduce something which the XMLTV plug-in does not understand)
