Cannot find much wrong.  In the XMLV file there seems to be data.

Although: Sometimes duplicates are present in the schedule.  And experience learned me that duplicates can cause problems.

Added a statement to eliminate the duplicates, and this seems to be better.

A new grab is running.

since a few days there were some changes on Sky IT Premium channels on Hotbird 13 and I presume also on Eutelsat 9E and 5W. Do not have access on these two.

The latest available channels "Premium" channels are as follows:

The epg of these services should be changed:

cielo HD - 1:0:19:1018:14B4:FBFF:820000:0:0:0

It will be probably useful to change also the SD version:
TV8 - 1:0:1:E3F:2580:FBFF:820000:0:0:0
cielo - 1:0:1:2B66:19C8:FBFF:820000:0:0:0

If you grab them from tivu.tv please use the epg of the HD channel (and not of the SD because these ones will end broadcasting in December) otherwise you can grab them from guidatv.sky.it.

please add to the Italian basic file:

As it is part of the Slovenian public broadcaster RTV Slovenija should be updated (or added) also in the Slovenian basic file.

 

If still there, you could delete 1:0:1:C83:2328:13E:820000:0:0:0

In the Slovenian file the channel is added with a Slovenian EPG.
