1:0:1F:41F:2:217C:EEEE0000:0:0:0: has ep of RAI 1 instead of RAI3

I tried with manual scratch of epg.dat,power off but no luck

I don't know how I can refresh the channels file on my openpi 9. Any suggenstion please

Like I said, reboot your receiver.

 

The channels file is only downloaded once a day, even if you do multiple imports.

This happens automatically if you import EPG.

But sometimes the channels file got stuck and the file is not downloaded anymore, and the version already in your receiver is used even for several days.

(We do not know why this happens.  Otherwise we would have fixed it).

 

In these case it is enough to reboot your receiver.  Even a restart of enigma2 should be enough.

But we have run into case where this did not help.

 

In these stubborn cases, a cold reboot was needed.

A cold reboot is a shutdown of the receiver.  Switch the power off.  Wait 5 minutes and start the receiver again.
