Hello everyone! I own a zgemma star h2 with OpenPli 6.1 image updated to 12/2/18 but I have a problem, I do not see more epg of the premium package only, that basis and Sky display perfectly! Can someone help me? Thank you

Although I cannot watch the Premium channels (no subscription) I have access to Hotbird 13E.
When I import all the Italian files, I have EPG for the Sky Cinema channels.
Premium channels are not the sat, so I cannot see this. However when checking the XMLTV files there is data for them in the files.
So EPG should be possible.
However many things can go wrong.
Can you first, obtain an EPGimport.log pls and post it here. See our FAQ's on how to obtain the log.
Secondly it is always possible the service refs are changed for some of the channels. I have these for the Premium channels

i'm new in the iptv world and i still can not move well in this field! the problem is that as long as the formats were gz all went well, now that they have become xz I see only more premium!

Many more problems can be present, none of which have anything to do with us.
For instance, are the channels present in lamedb?
gz or xz has nothing todo with it. The files are exactly the same, only the compression is different.
Biggest problem with IPTV is, taht they do not have a service ref. In order to play IPTV a service ref has to be assigned. Most (if not all) providers give the channels al the same service ref: 1:0:1:0:0:0:0:0:0:0:
The channels will play with that, but are no good for assigning EPG to. Also picons are a problem.
So the first thing that has to be done is assigning a different service ref to each channel. A much used method is assigning the service ref of the sat equivalent to each channel. However this method only works if you have the channels in lamedb. Now the premium channels are either on DTT or 5W. Chances are, you have none of these in your lamedb.
You cannot blame us, for this.
Further on, we do not support illegal IPTV!!!!!
If you can use our EPG, fine. But it is up to you to assign a service ref, and link the EPG to that service ref.
How to do that, you can find in the pinned threads of this forum.
Alternatively, you can ask help from your illegal provider. Good luck.

But use the latest Dreamset instead of e-Channelizer. (e-Channlizer is not compatible anymore with Kin-of-Sat after the latest changes on King-of-sat)
