Hi everybody.

Is it possible to modify the drivers used by OpenPLI to be able to descramble streams which use DES instead of CSA?

By example, SMP8634 cpu (azbox hd) is capable to do this by hardware, and it is impossible to decrypt a stream in real time by software, so the only chance to descramble DES streams is to modify driver and allow DES decrypt by hardware.

I guess it is needed that THE_RIPPER changes the driver for azbox, but perhaps someone here has the code and/or knowledge to implement that?

Any information will be appreciated!

Regards!

Drivers for all by OpenPli supported boxes are closed source. Only manufacturer can change drivers.
