Hello hyperonex,
Please ignore my previous post as the problem disappears today.
Thank you for this great work
If you think that this problem has been introduced with 81.00.00.00 you can downgrade version and check.

To do this you should simple enable this posibility in configuration menu.

Please check and let me know.

Regards,
SSS

Try to add episode number to search pattern or search by episode title if searching by series title  does not give results.

Hello,

This seems that this service use links from yify.tv, so I do not see the reason to duplicate.

1. Prefered language for OpenSubtitiles
As prefered (first in list) language from E2 is taken

2. Hosts order

To change hosts order please go to IPTVPlayer configuration
and then select  "Services configuration"

In service configuration press "Menu" and select "Enable reordering mode"

Than you can change order of hosts in similar way as you changing channel order (OK to slect, UP/DOWN to move, OK to unselect).

With this point is some problem, because I do not know the file coding. When the file is downloaded from OpenSubtitles I have information about original coding, so I can convert it to UTF-8.

Without the information about original coding this is hard to do, so I can only ask the user to choose the original coding.

i made some digg to google.this works on e2 box for convertion

#!/usr/bin/env python

import os
import sys
import shutil

def convert_to_utf8(filename):
    # gather the encodings you think that the file may be
    # encoded inside a tuple
    encodings = ('windows-1251', 'iso-8859-7', 'macgreek')

    # try to open the file and exit if some IOError occurs
    try:
        f = open(filename, 'r').read()
    except Exception:
        sys.exit(1)

    # now start iterating in our encodings tuple and try to
    # decode the file
    for enc in encodings:
        try:
            # try to decode the file with the first encoding
            # from the tuple.
            # if it succeeds then it will reach break, so we
            # will be out of the loop (something we want on
            # success).
            # the data variable will hold our decoded text
            data = f.decode(enc)
            break
        except Exception:
            # if the first encoding fail, then with the continue
            # keyword will start again with the second encoding
            # from the tuple an so on.... until it succeeds.
            # if for some reason it reaches the last encoding of
            # our tuple without success, then exit the program.
            if enc == encodings[-1]:
                sys.exit(1)
            continue

    # now get the absolute path of our filename and append .bak
    # to the end of it (for our backup file)
    fpath = os.path.abspath(filename)
    newfilename = fpath + '.bak'
    # and make our backup file with shutil
    shutil.copy(filename, newfilename)

    # and at last convert it to utf-8
    f = open(filename, 'w')
    try:
        f.write(data.encode('utf-8'))
    except Exception, e:
        print e
    finally:
        f.close()
if __name__ == '__main__':
    convert_to_utf8(sys.argv[1])

The OpenSubtitles.org sent this information. So, when I get info about subtitles file the server return to me encoding type.

So, I can not use the same method. Because when file is read from local storage I do not have such information.

There are many different heuristics to detect encoding based on file content but they are not perfect.

I can not use your heuristics  because it will work only for greek language.

For now I can add the choose list and user will must choose correct encoding.
