Hello samsamsam, can you please try to add http://www.mojatv.in...bil/indextv.php. Slovak and Hungarian

It seems that this service use ICE protocol for streaming.

So, not this will not be possible to add this service.

hello samsamsam and everybody.

first of all thank you for your awesome piece of plugin and the nice forum.

I've got an issue with some playlist which all have the annoying issue of cutting connection after say 30sec (on live channel streams, working fine on VODs).

My connection is a solid cable 50/10mbits

I've managed to have eplayer3 working with ffmpeg on my vusolo2 and when I play a channel with eplayer3 without buffer and then i press 8 on the remote, the player shows the loop function active but, when the streams close , it comes back to the list of channel. If I press ok straight away it starts to play immediatly again.

this is a common issue i've seen around on forums and i've got this basically with all the live streams I find around (free). I'm not sure the issue is the way the streams is played (on the client side) or more on the server side, that is maybe expecting a keepalive from the client to keep the connection active....

I tried to have a look at the iptv player log but i couldnt find the real reason why the stream stop all in a sudden.

If needed I can provide the m3u I'm currently using.

thank you very much for your help!

@marlongt

Option loop works as follow:
At the end of the video jump to the beginning.

Live streams theoretically should not end, so this option is useless.
If the live streams and this probably mean that the connection was closed by server.

Dit you try to play such stream in VLC on PC? Do it play smoothly?

@samsamsam I sent you a pm with a link to test yourself (ts stream from a http link)

on plc it plays ok if I click on the loop button.

But really a lot of live streams have this peculiarity therefore adding the function of looping the same stream would be really helpful.

Hello,

But probably with TS streams.
Am I right? I think this can be implemented in exteplayer3 but this should not be simple loop option because simple loop option will cause jerking audio and video.
With provided by you link it is clearly visible in VLC on PC. Video and audio not play smoothly.

I think it should be possible to make intelligent loop (to skip already received packet).

When I find time I will try to implement this but I need working link.

I find this in another forum related to IPTV servers, it looks like server is looking for a keepalive....and it's reasonable, otherwise when someone change a channel, there is a bandwidth waste on the server side....

in satIp is it so that the Client must send an rtsp Options request in an Timespan between 30 - 60 seconds to the Server (the value is in the Play Response defined)
to Keep the session alive if there no Options Request send from Client thinks the Server the client is away and stops the Media Streaming Session

@marlongt

But this is not related to this stream.

Links wich you send to me use HTTP protocol not RTSP.

I added some code to exteplayer3 to handle such strange streams.
I am testing this solution and these streams are now played better than in VLC.
But there are still some video distortion from time to time.

So, these is not ideal solution, yet. Maybe I will be able to improve it...

If not I will commit it probably tomorrow, so you will be able to test.

Hello SSS ,

I know RTSP differs from HTTP but I think there are some options similar.

I can't figure out the reason why all the links im finding around are closing their connection in a small span of time.

I dont know how to debug the handshakes between client and server but i'm more than sure that server is awaiting for a digest during streaming to keep the session open.

If you can log this i'm sure you can get to the resolution of the problem.....

Dear Sam Sam Sam,

i'm using your plugin with urllist.user to get my favourite stream.

My question is:

it's possibile to create subgroup in urllist.user?

Ie: instead of having

Others

and then all the streams

i want to have

Movies

Documentaries

etc ..

thank you!

@marlongt

In version "132.01.06.00":

- new exteplayer3 version - v29 with basic support for MPEGTS live mode

To be able to use MPEGTS live mode you need to have last IPTVPlayer version, update exteplaer3 to version v29 and use ffmpeg libs with version at least 3.0.

If you meet these requirements the only things you need to do is to add "|MPEGTS-Live=1 " at the end of your link.

For example:

#EXTM3U,$MODE=IPTV
#EXTINF:-1,MPEGTS-Live stream test link
http://XX.XXX.XXX.XXX:XXXX/live/XXXXX/XXXXXX/X.ts|MPEGTS-Live=1

@SSS thank you a lot, really appreciate your work.

Just a quick one, I don't seem to find a compiled version of FFmpeg above the one I have currently installed which is 2.8.5 built with GCC 4.9.2. My STB is MIPSEL.

Libraries with a low version are libavfilter libswscale libswresample

Any chances you can point out a repository of compiled version?

thank you.

Success!!! some channel, of which i will send you a pm, are broken in audio

what i did:

1.updated ffmpeg from your repository

2.installed 132.01.06.00

3.rebooted and prompted to update extplayer3 , used reccomended option.

4.batch edit m3u appending the string |MPEGTS-live=1

result: playing in extplayer3 without buffer smothly with non disturbing glitches, every more or less 30sec. If the stream stop for any reason, player won't exit and will recover playback.

Are you planning to work furthermore on this kind of stream to improve even better? I guess you definitely got something big!!!

Any chances you can add an utility to create a proper file by modyfing the lines and adding the line needed?
