@ sam for my problem is uchardet i think because when i remove serviceapp the package is remmoved also and everything work fine back

For me http://fs.to/ give white site.

So, there is no problem with "No valid links available." but "No elements to display".

Probably yes. But this is not, so simple to change only web proxy gateway.
