He possibly means "fans" - lost in translation... 
Tried installing IPTV Player on new PBNIGMA 6.0 and couldn't install ffmpeg 3.0.
The 2.8.5 /1.02 SSL got installed and then everything worked flawlessly! I don't know why it couldn't install or why the other, earlier version did install without a hitch. Do you have any clues, maybe?

This is my report about it, last night:
"After installing ffmpeg 3.0 this is the result, after the reboot (two such efforts made to no avail):

As you can see ffmpeg3.0 has dependency to library libbz2.so.0
This library can not be found in your image.
It is possible to comple ffmpeg to not use this library.
When I found free time I will recompile ffmpeg 3.0 without dependency to libbz2.
