The Streams from live-stream.tv do not work on their webpage most of the time or they loop after one minute. Not sure if it makes sense to keep these service in iptv player. https://freetv.rocks/uebersicht.html seems to be the better alternative for german tv.

I dont know if it is impossible. But with p2p you also upload content while watching the stream. Legally more than questionable and nobody wants to get letters from lawyers.
