I asked my friends why Linux receivers images manually to the biss code does not exist? For example, to feed the networks is necessary, and if you manually enter the code biss is too high. I think this is the biggest flaw image. I am very annoyed.

You need a BISS key to watch otherwise encrypted broadcasts. If you don't have a subscription to said broadcasts, than it is an illegal activity.
The fact that you can do it doesn't mean we should support it. Which we don't, as Pr2 has already pointed out.

Additionally, enigma2 doesn't process decryption anyway.
