yes i have make a snapshot 2-3 minutes from this 2 videos in divx4

 

this videos work with gstreamer 0.10

hello thx for test the divx4 files.

 

Video DIVX4-1.avi has in the first 7 seconds black screen, is the part of the video. but sound comes on beginn.

hi MastaG - i have tested the build on a vu+ solo2 and I didn't have any issues.

 

I have installed because I was having issues streaming some IPTV content from m3u files and now all works fine. Also a lot quicker to load personal media content.

i have make a log to see when i press play, in log file i have more videos. but all with divx4 dosnt start.

First, we need to verify if it not broken divx4 playback on other receivers. I tested it on et4x00 and vusolose. Can somebody test it on et6500 or et9000 if it still works? Is it working on DM now?

Using above patches with gstreamer1.0-plugin-dreambox-dvbmediasink.bb (OpenPLi gst-1.0 gst-plugin-dvbmediasink + a patch for DM boxes) on dm800se now divx4 works.

AFAIK the situation is that all SoC's used for enigma2 can play h264 and only the one used in the dm800 (the original one) doesn't support mpeg4 (mpeg4-vc, not avc). AFAIK all others can play all mpeg4 video's.

F500HD certainly plays it... And a lot more, especially using IPTV Player... Even heavy bitrate 1080p with DTS mkv files!

LiveStreamer plays fine but GStreamer is giving me this error;
