No new build for Zgemma ?

Veranderd door WanWizard, Gisteren, 12:25
Remove the Zgemma image, no OpenPLi reference to clones and unsupported boxes please

Openpli is not supporting Zgemma, guess you have to get your support somewhere else.

Correct, and we don't want to confuse people by allowing downloads of "derived" images for non-supported hardware from our website. Next thing you know is that people say "but we downloaded it from the openpli website!"...

Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)

Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

Ok, sorry just asked because the posts before it was listed and it even said 'tested'. The official distributor Mutant/Zgemma in The Netherlands says that Mutant and Zgemma is the same factory and has identical hardware/layout and they say Zgemma is official supported bij OpenPLI ? I think they are lying about this ? I will point the distribution in Enschede Netherlands to this topic then. Sorry for asking, didn't know..

Hello,

@MartaG

If I understand correctly Enigma2  will only play your IPTV stream once when it starts.

When you zap to another IPTV stream you'll get a black screen (no audio/video) and you have to restart Enigma2 to get picture on that stream again.

Exact: I must reboot enigma2 gui each time I want to see an IPTV. After reboot I can see the selected channel and if I change I have a black screen and for this new iptv channel, I must reboot the GUI to see it.

What if you zap away from your IPTV stream to a DVB-channel for example, does it give picture?

If I zap on the DVB-channel all is good on dvb-channel.

Thank you so much

Pat

Hi Pybear38,

If I zap on the DVB-channel all is good on dvb-channel.

and when you zap to a different IPTV channel do you have video/sound or black screen?

I.e IPTV-CH1 > DBV-Ch > IPTV-Ch2

If they publicly state there is OpenPLi support for Zgemma, then they are absolutely lying. The only hardware officially supported is listed on our homepage.

Hi Pybear38,

If I zap on the DVB-channel all is good on dvb-channel.

and when you zap to a different IPTV channel do you have video/sound or black screen?

I.e IPTV-CH1 > DBV-Ch > IPTV-Ch2

Yeah I'd like to know that as well.

Zap to your IPTV channel 1 -> Zap to some random DVB channel -> Zap to your IPTV channel 2 (for example)

Does it still give you a black screen ?

If yes then it seems to me something hangs after playing the first stream.

Also could you do the following:

1. Telnet into your receiver

2. Close enigma2 with: init 4

3. Try to play your IPTV stream from the telnet session by doing:

gst-launch-1.0 -v playbin uri=http://.....

4. Stop the stream with CTRL + C

5. Try to play another stream using the same command as in step 3.

See if it works for both the first and second time.

And save the output of both tries so we can have a look :-)

If yes, then it seems Enigma2 stalls somewhere, if it also fails for the second time using the gst-launch-1.0 command, then the problem is probably related to gstreamer itself or the drivers for your receiver.

Then you can stop again with CTRL + C and start enigma with: init 3

hello,

(MastaG) Zap to your IPTV channel 1 -> Zap to some random DVB channel -> Zap to your IPTV channel 2 (for example)

= IPTV: black screen // DVB Channel OK (video and sound) // IPTV : black screen

If I want video and sound on IPTV, I must reboot Enigma2 on each IPTV channel.

Also could you do the following:

1. Telnet into your receiver

2. Close enigma2 with: init 4

3. Try to play your IPTV stream from the telnet session by doing:

gst-launch-1.0 -v playbin uri=http://.....

4. Stop the stream with CTRL + C

5. Try to play another stream using the same command as in step 3.

1: ok

2:ok (I do with and without enigma2 on telnet)

3: gst-launch-1.0 -v playbin uri=rtsp%3A//mafreebox.freebox.fr/fbxtv_pub/stream?namespace=1%26service=201

4:

5:gst-launch-1.0 -v playbin uri=rtsp%3A//mafreebox.freebox.fr/fbxtv_pub/stream?namespace=1%26service=202 (I try with differente url with : or %3A...)

Nothing work. black screen, no gui...

I don't know what I can do now...

You should not convert the : to %3A.

Just use rtsp://mafreebox.freebox.fr/fbxtv_pub/stream?namespace=1&service=201

Please test whether this build works, if not then try to flash an original PLi 4 image first to see if that succeeds.
