Hi

Either my STB is having issues or the following channels are missing from your UK channel list..

ITV1 Meridian South HD

1:0:19:521C:0:0:11AAB59:0:0:0:

ITV3 HD

1:0:19:515E:7DE:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

ITV Encore HD

I have these service refs for these 3 channels:

1:0:19:521C:812:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

1:0:19:515E:810:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

1:0:19:5154:810:2:11A0000:0:0:0:

They are clearly different from the ones you have.

Are these channels moved?

If so I can simply add them, and then it would be OK again.

I see on King of Sat that these are new from 18-6-2015. This is already a while, so I suppose I already got them, but I can be wrong:

ITV 1 London HD
ITV 1 Meridian South HD
ITV 1 Central West HD

and

STV HD
UTV HD
ITV Encore HD
ITV 3 HD

If none of these have EPG, I should add the service refs. Can you give them to me pls.

I also see that this one: ITV Wales HD

is new from 26-08-2015. This I probably do not have yet.

Willy

Disregard...One word describes my issue, vhannibal...

The list (even though new) is all over the place..I have since spent an hour re-scanning and reorganising (as I'm not a fan of auto bouquet) and all is well..

PBS America is not new, it's been encrypted since launch but they aren't renewing their encryption deal so they seem to have a second copy that is broadcasting in the clear.

Because BT channels are not from sky.
(They don't have the protection that sky uses for its HD channels)
So, no problem to watch the BT HD channels on E2 receivers.

(AMC from BTHD, BT Sport 1 & 2HD, BT Sport EurHD, BTSpt//ESPNHD)

BT channels aren't from Sky but BT don't have their own satellite infrastructure as they are a telecoms company and use IPTV to deliver these to customers in the UK for those who choose to. There is a limited Free service on Freeview (which isn't available on satellite, so not available on Freesat which E2 boxes can view without any issues), otherwise if you have cable or Sky in the UK you need to ask BT to add them to your package and if you look at KingOfSat it says they are encrypted with Videoguard, which is the encryption Sky use... Also the taster events they have been running are free to Sky viewers but not Freesat viewers so unless you have a Sky card in your E2 receiver you can't even watch the taster events.. In conclusion, the BT channels are useless for us with E2 receivers unless you happen to be in the UK with a BT Sport subscription and have added them to a Sky card which is in the receiver.

Doglover, I don't think they need to be in the list unless someone who happens to have this set up on their receiver absolutely wants them.

The BT channels have timeslots where they are open for Freesat from Sky users. I have a Freesat from Sky card in my E2 receiver and can receive the BT channels (even the HD channels) during those time slots. So it does make sense to add these channels. Though I haven't seen any free slots on AMC.

Fair enough sorry! I wasn't aware anybody has this setup, it was implied from the post I responded to that they should be added because we can receive these channels with no problems. I did, however, note that it was only if somebody didn't have the setup so I'm sure you're grateful for this. But I can certainly confirm that these slots are free to view not free to air.

It doesn't matter to me because I use crossepg, but many others don't.

He said it's a new FTA (free-to-air) channel. Not a new channel.

PBS America started on an other frequency, because the channel will join Freesat from 31 October.

The point is BT HD channels can be watched on Enigma receivers so they should be included in the channels file.

Thanks Willy.

Thanks for clarification. I was clearing up any confusion the poster may have had. I've seen the 28th October (Wednesday).

Very hard though to view depending on the set up. I understood that to be Willy's point.
