I have been using a dreambox dm800se for many years but have just got a VU+duo2. When I record programmes to the internal hard drive they are saved in media/hdd/movie. With the DM800se there was a button on the handset which opened a list of all recorded programmes which you could then play. With the VU+duo2 I can not find the downloaded programmes anywhere.

Don't know whether this is a open pli problem or a VU+duo2 problem

Any help would be appreciated

Use the button near the top right corner of your remote with the three horizontal lines and "R" in a box on it.  That will show the recorded program list.

Hello. I bought a used Vu+Duo2 box this weekend and I was supriced that the box had a strange  image installed, it has this name Vuplus Ti,  I have look at the forums download here and it is OpenPli  4,0 or 6 or 6,1  they recomend to install via usb stick.

That sounds very easy, so I got a usb stick and took a OpenPli 4,0 over to the usb and try to install it on the Vu+Duo2 but nothing happen. I switch of the box and put the usb stick in at the front and switch on the box and nothing happen, still this strange Vuplus Ti want to be inside.

Is there anyone here who have experienced this with this Vu+Duo2 ???  On my pc I have dcc and DreamUp, Do this tools identify Vu+Duo2 ???

This Vu+Duo2 box is new for me and I only have experience from Dreamboxes:  7000, 7020s, 7025, 800 HDse.

The usb stick has to be fat32 formatted. Ntfs, extfat or something else will not work.
Does the display show “update press power”?

Power off with on/off switch on rear panel.
Remowe all external hardware.
Put the the USB stick with the image in USB slot in front panel.
Power on with the on/off switch on rear panel.
When text UPDATE appear in the VFd display in front panel,
pres the bottom power on/off in the front panel.
When text change to USB opdate remove your finger.
When you se the OpenPli wizard the flashing is over,
then remove the USB stick.
You can download a manual from //---.wuplus.com
