This is the website where I grab from.
But for some reason or another they changed the time zone notification.
It is now 32 for GMT.
I used something else, and I found in the javascripts that when a non-existing timezone was given, the website defaulted to timezone 5 (PST) or Pacific time.
Corrected it.
