Since december 2021 there were some changes in OpenPli 8*. 

Maybe related to the changes made in December is the list of recordings. Is it possible to make an additional change in this list that includes serial and episode numbers?

 

Now I have (example) in my recording list:

• NCIS: New Orleans : Vindicta (with date and time of recording)

 

I would very much like, if available, to have the S and E included, zo watching by episode number is easier:

• NCIS: New Orleans (S5E106) : Vindicta (with date and time of recording)

 

The result wil make it easier to sort too.

I could add this info to the EPG, and then it would automatically included this way.

 

However....

 

This requires that I have the info for the episode info in the index-page of the websites.  Which is only the case in 5 % of the cases.

(in general for grabbing the EPG an index page is downloaded.  And for each show the a detailpage is downloaded)

The title (and broadcast time) is used to judge if the show is changed or not.  If it is not changed the detailed info is not grabbed anymore.

If I add now info to the title which is not on the index page, the detail pages will always be downloaded.  In fact multiplying the grab time by a factor of 10.

And at the moment a full grab now already takes 4 hours.

 

So not very practically to do this.

WoW. 40 hours download time seems rather stupid to do, indeed.
Same if you limit this Search for NL and B?

I use autotimer to record Blindspot. The autotimer checks only on channels Veronica / Disney XD and SBS9 HD (both Ziggo).

 

Last week the recorded file was not Blindspot. That happens sometimes.

 

This time I see a projected recording for Blindspot on Di 1:07 to 2:05 (58 min). Next tuesday.

In the details I see that it is supposed to be S4E82. But in the long description I see text about a petrolhead & autojournalist Werner Budding gaat op pad ....

 

Something mixed up?

This leads to my question:  Where did you notice this mix-up?
In the EPG or the scheduled timer?

 

If it is in the scheduled timer, made by an autotimer entry, then I have seen this behaviour as well.

However I was never able to reproduce it.  So it is of no use to report it.  If you cannot recreate the error, you never know if you fixed it.

 

PS:  I set a autotimer for this program, and the resulting timer was correct.

When I looked in the schedule, Blindspot was gone.

Run a manual EPG import, Blindspot is no longer in the schedule.

I noticed that the EPG of MTV 90's on Ziggo (1:0:16:4B68:814:600:FFFF0000:0:0:0) is wrong.

On Hotbird (1:0:1:1CB9:1CE8:71:820000:0:0:0:) is the correct one.

The EPG of Nick Jr. on satellite is not the same as on cable and on the app/website of Canal Digitaal. So you can't use the TV-Gids on https://livetv.canaldigitaal.nl/

It's some global version.

Misschien vraag ik iets geks maar zou het mogelijk zin om de EPG van ViaPlay (Ziggo) in de lijst op te nemen?

Dat zou erg handig zijn om de timers van F1 te activeren.

At least on Ziggo itself they are not mentioned.

 

No problem adding them if a schedule is available somewhere.
