Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

The BBC3 and BBC4 schedules seem to be missing.  However the links are in place and the XMLTV file contains data.  So I am lost about this.

In order to download the schedule I need to be able to predict the number in the adres (3231-3132-3133)  which is a bit of a problem.

If they started numbereing the days on 1jan it would be possible.  It seems that they started numbering on 1 dec.  This makes it more difficult.

This will need some study.

What if in the schedule for f.e. CBBC at 20:00 there is an entry 20:00 'Close' and in the schedule of BBC Three also a program on 20:00? Then there are two programs at the same time? Or does one overwrites the other?
If so, that could explain why there's no EPG after 20:00?
