For 2.6.18 (dm800) I have the following wifi drivers: rt61, rt3573, rt5572, rtl8192cu, rtl871x, rt3070, mt7601, and rt73.

But some of them may need manual modprobing, so if the wlan device doesn't show, then try to add them to /etc/modules-load.d/yourdriver.conf

Also check dmesg for some debug info.

Please note that some of the above drivers do not work with every revision of the supported wlan chipset.

Like I said the dm800 is very old and it's kernel dates back to 2006.

You probably won't find any N or AC sticks being compatible with linux 2.6.18.

If you really need wifi then go the easy way and buy some wireless to ethernet bridge device.

In other news, all of my builds failed last night due to gitlab (iptvplayer) being down again.

So I'm continueing right now.

I've uploaded the complete feed for DM800 as well, so let me know whether it works.

Note: the first boot takes a while, please wait and don't unplug it. the next boot will be faster.

Note2: this is for the original DM800, not the OEM version.

I did install without any problems:

cccam, oscam, xmltvimport-rytec, xmltvimport, backupsuite, dvd-player, libusb-1.0-dev, inadyn-mt

All that is working perfectly.

I don't need anything else but if you want me to test something, please let mi know.

Thank you

Everything perfect with solo2.

I installed without any problems. Feed is open, plugins can be added online.

Online update worked and updated 16 updated packages. Then, when I checked online update again, it says there are 4 updated packages available;

Not selecting libgstmpegts-1.0-0 1.7.0+git20082+41e5003 as installing it would break existing dependencies.
Not selecting libgstcodecparsers-1.0-0 1.7.0+git20082+41e5003 as installing it would break existing dependencies.
Not selecting libgstadaptivedemux-1.0-0 1.7.0+git20082+41e5003 as installing it would break existing dependencies.
Not selecting libgsturidownloader-1.0-0 1.7.0+git20082+41e5003 as installing it would break existing dependencies.

Apart from that, everything is perfect. Is there any solution for that.

Thank you

Those errors usually show up if there are some packages not updated (eg broken feed) or when build fails etc etc. Compiling GStreamer from sources changes log of packages, so you might have such issues.

Anyway I am "silencing" those errors using the following python commands.

packages = []
ignore = False
newlines = []
lines = [l.rstrip() for l in open("/var/lib/opkg/status").readlines()]

for l in lines:
    if "Package:" in l:
        print l
        if l in packages:
            ignore = True
            packages.append(l)
        else:
            ignore = False
            packages.append(l)
    if not ignore:
        newlines.append(l)

open("/var/lib/opkg/status", "w").write("\n".join(newlines))

I think its because the build changes everytime a commit has been made to the gstreamer git.

But all builds succeeded this time.

I'll upload the rest tonight.

Edit: no these errors happen when upgrading a previous image.
But if you check all the packages with: opkg list-installed
Then you can see that it actually upgraded all of them to 1.7.0.
If not then just flash the image I'll post tonight.

If these errors do not effect anything, I can let them stay. What do you think?
