Dat moet op zich wel gaan lukken, hoewel er een kans is dat de USB id's in de kernel toegevoegd moeten worden, dan de fabrikant even "lief aankijken".

Misschien een heel domme vraag maar wat moet je nu met een 3e netwerk aansluiting op de ET10000. :rolleyes: Ik heb een TP Link gigabit switch achter mijn ET8000 liggen, en op 1 poort zit de ET8000, hou ik er nog 6 over van de 8. ;)

Ik heb hem binnen met de comp moet ik de driver eerst instaleren maar met linux (op de box) doet hij niks nu zitten er deze bestanden bij.kun je daar wat mee ?

Hoe bedoel je in het menu bij netwerk zie ik ook geen 3e netwerk staan en de lampjes branden ook niet als ik de kabel erin doe.

Derde netwerk interface? Ik ga van 1 naar 2.

 

Als je ip addr doet (of ip link) dan moet je een eth0 en een eth1 zien.

 

Er is een kleine kans dat je een stick met een USB ID die niet herkend wordt als ASIX USB3.0 Gbit adapter, daar is wat aan te doen als we xtrend lief aankijken ;)

Ik wilde al roepen, "nou dan werkt het toch", maar een et10000 heeft van zichzelf natuurlijk al twee interfaces.

 

Even het volgende doen:

 

- stick er uit

- dmesg -c

- stick er weer in

- dmesg

 

En wat er uit die laatste dmesg komt even hier posten. Je bent toch wel up to date he?
