But we do not build DM900 (arm) on our OE, how mipsel affected by arm (that doesn't exist on our OE)?

I am build pli5 with ffmpeg 3.2, christophecvr gstreamer-multibox-dvbmediasink,gstreamer 1.11.0.1(but same 1.9.0)-sat channel works fine,but play some iptv(hls stream) enigma restart and not crash.

remove tmp folder from build tree 

and compile image again after restart computer ...

Hooray, without errors, only some of the warnings for dreambox! I just tried today over the time. 

 

Openembedded for the OpenPLi 4 environment has been initialized

Vuduo2 does not build anymore with last master. Looks like something is going wrong with rootfs and ubi end tasks.

 

For try I just removed the full vuduo2 kernel . with :

For the dm8000 It can be solved by a work-around hack. Problem is that the second stage loader is not copied to the final deploy during during rootfs (which starts by erasing the final deploy dir.).

 

For me I just added to my personal image file  at the end.

The last oe-core has a serious different behaviour i mean rather considerable.

This causes requirement for big changes changes into build finalize fase. However mostly the finalize fase. except for dm8000 also the :

So You may losing You're time by making something ok for now and tommorow  a bbclass will be altered ? or again another oe-core ... You have to start all over again.

And testings is very nice but at the end You're bussy for so what a full week and all You're efforts done can be trowed away just cause again a change in oe-core ??

On top of it the current master-next does have a complete unusable gstreamer implementation. On vuduo2 just almost nothing works with the base gstreamer like they set. The box just goes from start till end from segfault to segfault. with that  gstreamer recipe 1.8.xx .

Yes this is a very known issue. But comes cause You played an rtmp  stream before. The new stream start is forced while the older has not free the needed mem segments cause gstreamer is locked in state pending.

Actually this problem has always been there since now more then 3 to 4 years. Was there with gst-0.10 up till now indeed today 1.9 (by me) but is related to rtmp and will definetelly not be always there but on some times of the day. It also has nothing to do with hls it will occur when switching over from that specific rtmp channel to any other media using the player(which uses gstreamer mediasinks). So switching from that rtmp channel to a file based media will cause same crash. But not always it may vary and so You have the wrong impression that test with x is ok with Y not. If You test very deep and foor a week long You will notice that it actually happens regularly on whatever gstreamer version you have. From whatever stream or media (using the mediasinks) you are going to . And yes gstreamer may hang up on gstreamer stop by a rtmp//  link based media not always but many times why  ? that must be found out but it only occurs when using rtmp and is there already since gst 0.xx   till now up to 1.11.
