If I have openpli 5 (for dreambox 7020 hd), then how can I make the openpli 6 ? Is it possible to make it myself?

You can't have OpenPLi 5, it never existed.
And there will not be an OpenPLi 6 for the DM7020HD from us. There are discussions going on with the community to see if and what can be done for the different DMM models.
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Pro (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

I'm busy with it. To setup an extern BSP layer for dm500hd, dm800se and dm7020hd. And if possible dm800.
Now OpenPLi has dropped all dreamboxes except dm8000.
It's not official yet. But it's almost ready.
Dreambox dm920, Uclan Ustym4Kpro, Gigablue UHD TRIO 4K and Dreambox dm8000. Wavefrontier T55 13.0|19.2|23.5|28.2 + Ziggo.

Personally, I consider any support of DM500HD, DM800 and DM800se as support of clone-boxes.
Anybody who was able to waste several hundreds of bucks on an original DMM box until those where EOLed should be able to either save
- like 150-300 bucks for a new Dreambox (DM52x, DM900, DM820, DM7080)
or
- like 70 bucks for a better box which is on a decent hardware level to really run current images.
It's a bit like implementing UHD for old tube TV-sets.
I guess far more than 50% of E2 box users have replaced their TV set since the EOL of DM500/DM800 series, why not finally stop wasting time on this junk and invest this time in something useful for the whole community?
The only customers that really suffer (and are perfectly ok to) are those who were stupid enough even recently to buy DM800/DM800se electronic waste from clone makers.
A layer for current DMM products would be something completely different.

OpenPLi has dropped support for these boxes. We only build OpenPLi 6 for the DM8000.
What the community does, is entirely up to them. As long as they don't produce something and call it OpenPLi, like the jokers at that .net website...

How does it work.
cd openpli-oe-core git submodule add https://github.com/Hains/dmm-bsp.git
Add the BSP layer to makefile. something like this.
$(CURDIR)/openembedded-core/meta \ $(CURDIR)/meta-openpli \ $(CURDIR)/meta-dream \ + $(CURDIR)/dmm-bsp \ $(CURDIR)/meta-vuplus \ $(CURDIR)/meta-xsarius.pli5 \
And remove the file /meta-dream/image_types_nfi.bbclass.
Now you can build all 4 boxes(including dm8000).
Now it's equal to before the 'big dreambox cleanup' plus unionfs 2.6.
But in future openembedded-core update it needs gcc7 support+patch and some changes in the rootfs code.
I have them all for dm8000, but they can be used for other boxes as well.
So it's very handy to have a common bsp-layer which follow OpenPLi core.
Later i make seperate branches with kernel 3.2.75 (we are now at 3.2.68) and kernel 3.2.90.
For those who want to experiment.
Although kernel 3.2.90 does build and works flawless, i have to take a closer look at the patches.
Master branch will stay on kernel 3.2.68.
I do what i can, help is always welcome.
That's it for the time being.
