Hi,
I'm currently having an issue with my dream DM800SE when I try to connect to it via FTP.
When I try to login via Dreambox Control Centre it gives a "dreambox login failed" message. Then I reset the password via telnet and it's still not working.
I tried disabling windows firewall and connecting via Filezilla but I've still no luck.
Does anyone have any advice?

Can you see your box OK on your local network ? use this command on your pc arp -a

Thanks for the reply.
Yes, I can see the box on my local network.
I've attempted to change the password via telnet and through the box itself but it doesn't seem to be working.
I'm not sure whether it's a password issue or something else is at play here.

No, I never changed the password up until DCC failed to login to my dreambox. Then I attempted to change the password.
Would I be better of just re-flashing the box at this point?

I think the best option would be to re-flash and then set your password straight away.
