Aa you also need to config it and add keys and certificates.......

If you don't know what you need and how to configure OpenVPN, why do you need it?
Currently in use: VU+ Duo 4K (2xFBC S2), VU+ Solo 4K (1xFBC S2), uClan Usytm 4K Ultimate (S2+T2), Octagon SF8008 (S2+T2), Zgemma H9.2H (S2+T2)
Due to my bad health, I will not be very active at times and may be slow to respond. I will not read the forum or PM on a regular basis.

some plugin look like livefootball is filter in my isp,i can,t change isp

Hmm, yeah, I guess in your country there are. Freedom of expression is still a long way off in some parts of the world. 
If you want to setup a VPN, you need a client and a server part.
The configuration of the server dictates how you setup the client. And as there are a thousand possible configurations, you're asking it in the wrong place. The people providing the VPN server should tell you how the client should be configured, in terms of username/passwords, client-side certificates, etc. Most of them have a how-to.
