This could have many different causes.
Most likely (provided you imported the correct files) is that the service refs linked are not the ones for your region.
I have as an example following channels links in the channel file:

<channel id="4plus.ch">1:0:19:2360:55:1:FFFF0000:0:0:0:</channel> <!-- 4+ HD ++CABLE++ -->
<channel id="5plus.ch">1:0:19:2422:32:1:FFFF0000:0:0:0:</channel> <!-- 5+ HD ++CABLE++ -->
Can you check if these service refs corresponds with the channels on your receiver.
Secondly I see from your signature you are still using OpenPLi 3. This version is outdated and also the EPGimporter is outdated on that image (and cannot be updated)
Pls. install OpenPLi 4 and XMLTVimport and try again.
