Hi,

Why picons size in both skins is 150x90 ( skin_templates.xml file) ? Why not 220x132 or 100x60 ?

It balanced the fit...220x132 is too big and 100x60 too small...and openpli imvents the auto resize...

The auto resize don't give a perfect image on my vu+ zero.
I find picons 130x80. Its should be better.

The resize is indeed a very good feature.

 

Use the 220x132 picons. They will look better than 100x60 ones being upscaled.

Finally, i resized picons 220x132 -> picons 150x90 (algo Bicubic Sharped).

The image rendering is better with photoshop than auto resize.

You do not have to resize them, the renderer in image will do so automatically

Auto resize inside a image is not that good,do it yourself for the best result.

I'm afraid VU is not so good at it... ... As far I remember the drivers do not have something that it can be done in hardware....

Sorry I do not want to complain... We're still hoping that they might add this feature in their drivers...

The simplest would be to make skin with picons 220 ?

Then the dimentions and alignments in the skin get stuck...
